- Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse, Technikaffinität sowie die Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Software
- Detailgenaue, konzentrierte und handlungsschnelle Arbeitsweise im Live-Betrieb
- Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Klare und professionelle Kommunikation
- Fundierte Kenntnis der aktuellen Fußballregeln
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, einschließlich Abend- und Wochenendarbeit
- Praktische Erfahrung als Schiedsrichter von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in IT-Projekten sowie in der Spiel- und Datenanalyse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
